I was told that it was money back guaranteed…. After downloading the AI presets, they were not what I was hoping for as I already had those types of tools in my tool kit. So I requested a refund and I have been completely disregarded. I even emailed prior to double check that you’re 100% guarantee was valid and I received an email saying it was but you guys have not refunded me. Bad business.
